Venntro - What Happened Next - Act III

The views and opinions expressed in this post are my own and do not reflect those of any business, its directors, or employees.
If you haven’t done so already, please make sure you’ve read Act I and Act II of the story of what happened after Venntro went into administration.
Be sure to remind yourself who The Judge and The Prince are, as—along with CompanyA—they take centre stage in this act.
A Quick Recap
By the start of August 2024, Venntro had gone into administration, and the assets were purchased by NewCo Limited, a company I own.
NewCo had agreed to a partnership deal with CompanyA, where it would use CompanyA's platform to operate the business. Venntro went into administration following the threat of a winding-up order and overdue R&D payment to us by HMRC (are you following so far? Keep up).
